Coin operated pool tables typically come in two sizes, 3.5 x 7 feet and 4 x 8 feet. There are pros and cons to each table size. The 3.5 x 7 foot table is better suited for small spaces, though many players do not like such a small table. A 4 x 8 foot table is the perfect size for most bars. It’s not too large but offers your customers a good playing experience.
So how much space do you need for one of our coin operated pool tables? We recommend having five feet of space on all sides of your pool table. This will leave just enough space for the players to hit a ball anywhere on the pool table. This means that the smallest requirement for a pool table is 13.5 x 17 feet with the optimal space being at least 14 x 18 feet.
Our tables are set to charge $1.00 for each game of pool or we can set it to free play. The balls drop when the money is fed into the table. The table will then trap each ball as the player sinks them in the pockets. Lucky Coin can check the pool table and split the revenue equally with the location on an agreed upon basis or lease the table to the location for a flat rate, so you can make more money running tournaments and free play!
What comes with a flat rate pool table rental? Lucky Coin provides a set of pool balls, 4 pool cues per table, one ball rack, one box of cue chalk, one hand chalk, a cue rack, and table brush. Lucky Coin will also provide for the installation of one new set of felt each calendar year for each table at no expense to the location.
