Instructions for applying for Georgia COAM Class A Location License:
What is the process to get a Class A Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM)?
A Class A location license from the Georgia Lottery Corporation includes: pool tables, jukeboxes, arcade games, and all other non-redemption games
1. You will need a Georgia Class A Master Licensee, Lucky Coin Inc., to supply your machines free of charge.

2. Set-up account and apply for Class A License at https://www.gacoam.com/Register/Register.aspx
-$25 per Class A machine
3. One (1) owner verified as lawfully present in US (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
-Complete “Verification of Lawful Presence Within the United States” form
-Copy of front and back of Secure and Verifiable document (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
-Mail completed document and secure and verifiable document to:

4. Schedule a time for Lucky Coin to install Class A games (No charge for installation)
