This is an urgent 2026 InComm COAM gift card compliance notice for all Lucky Coin locations. If you’re not aware, InComm is the largest gift card provider for COAM prizes in the state of Georgia. Many of Lucky Coin’s locations receive InComm gift cards through their broker, UGO or Lunex. For some time InComm has been sending black gift cards that say PrizePay. These gift cards are perfectly fine.
More recently, InComm started sending blue gift cards that say SkillPay. Lucky Coin has numerous conversations with regulators, legislators, and InComm themselves about the legality of these SkillPay cards. The issue is that the SkillPay cards have ATM functionality. Players can take their blue SkillPay card to the ATM and withdraw cash. The Georgia Lottery has deemed this blue card to be an illegal form of redemption. It is Lucky Coin’s advice to our Location License Holders that you DO NOT issue the blue SkillPay card to COAM players.
