The Georgia Lottery has released some important information on the new GA COAM skill games quarterly reporting (formerly monthly reporting) for all location owners with Class B gaming equipment. COAM Legislation (HB353) Compliance – Reporting of Gross Retail Receipts
We would like to inform you of an important update related to the recent Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) legislation, HB353. Starting on July 20, 2024, and on the 20th day of January, April, July, and October of each year thereafter, you will be required to submit Gross Retail Receipts for the previous calendar quarter. These Gross Retail Receipts must be submitted electronically through the COAM website at www.gacoam.com.
