As we continue to adhere to our high standard of customer service and commitment to location and employee safety, Lucky Coin will postpone ALL scheduled weekly visits for 3/30-4/3 due to COVID-19, but we will still have technicians available for service calls.

As a reminder, ensure high-touch areas such as pool cues, screens, play buttons, card readers, chairs, stools and players cards get more frequent cleaning and disinfecting. We suggest that you have someone wipe down equipment with disinfectant as often as every 30 minutes to keep equipment clean for customers. We also encourage your location to try seating players at every other game to remain compliant with social distancing efforts. One way to do this would be to remove stools or chairs from adjacent games. As the national, state, and local governments change standards, stay compliant with all regulations and above all protect yourselves and your customers.
If you do unfortunately have to close your business for any reason, we have been notified by Intralot that they would like each location to follow the process in place for business remodels/temporary closings in the Location License Holder Guide their website, www.gacoam.com. The information is referenced on pg 31 of the guide. That said, they are being flexible on the timeline for notification, but they would still like to be notified and track locations.
Intralot has said they they are also putting in place some temporary guidelines in addition to the notification process. In these fluid times they are not requiring the decommissioning/physical removal. However, they do have to ensure that once the notification is received and that the machines are properly disabled.
