As we head into the 2026-2027 licensing and renewal season for GA COAMs, Lucky Coin wants to make sure that all of our customers are up to date on the 2026 GA COAM Updated Process For Receiving EFT Authorization Forms and we also wanted to make sure that we answered any questions that you may have on the process. Below you will find the 2026 GA COAM Updated Process For Receiving EFT Authorization Forms from the GA Lottery:
The Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) Division has recently updated the process for receiving Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Authorization Forms from Location and Master License Holders. If there is a change to your EFT banking information, such as your routing number or account number, you must submit an updated EFT Authorization form using the method outlined below.
For security and processing purposes, the EFT Authorization Form must be uploaded through the COAM website at www.gacoam.com. Forms submitted by fax or email will not be accepted. Please follow the steps below to securely upload your form.
Step 1 – Log in to the COAM website at www.gacoam.com using your email address and password. In the Navigation Bar, select Account, then choose Upload Documents from the submenu. From the Select a Business dropdown, choose your business.
Step 2 – In the Document Type dropdown, select EFT Authorization Form. Click Choose a File, locate your EFT Authorization Form on your computer, and click Open to attach the form. Then click the Uploadbutton to submit the form.
Step 3 – To confirm your submission, please send an email to bothCOAMupdate@galottery.org and RCA-COAM@galottery.org. Important: Include your COAM License number in the email to ensure proper processing.

EFT Authorization Forms uploaded to the COAM website after 12:00 p.m.(noon) EST on Fridays will be processed on the next business day.
